Privacy Policy

This policy covers the PropGoat website, Odds Edge and DFS Edge.
Information we use
- Account and access: your Whop user identifier, membership eligibility, local account identifier and sign-in session information.
- Your settings: selected books and columns, filters, saved views, placed-selection marks, and the sportsbook routing location you explicitly choose. Settings may be saved to your account and cached in your browser. Bankroll and Kelly settings, when entered, are stored in identity-scoped browser storage.
- Service health: request counts, bytes transferred, response times, errors and approximate numbers of recently active accounts. Our application counts recent users with temporary salted identifiers in memory; its saved health history contains aggregate metrics.
- Membership events: limited event and payment-status metadata received from Whop to operate access and business alerts.
- Messages: information you choose to include when contacting us.
Why we use it
We use this information to verify membership, provide your boards, remember preferences, route supported links using your chosen location, investigate errors, protect the service and respond to requests. We do not use our health metrics for advertising.
Sign-in, payments and cookies
PropGoat redirects you to Whop for authentication. Enter your Whop credentials only on Whop’s own sign-in pages. PropGoat does not ask for or store your Whop password, and does not collect payment-card details directly. Whop handles checkout and payment information.
PropGoat uses essential session and temporary sign-in cookies, plus browser storage for settings and cached pending edits. Current sign-in sessions expire after approximately 12 hours; signing out invalidates that session. Blocking storage or cookies may prevent sign-in or settings from working.
Providers and external links
Whop processes authentication, membership and payments. Cloudflare provides DNS, network delivery and security and may process IP addresses and technical request information. Zoho Mail handles messages sent to our email address. Limited operational and business alerts are delivered to a private Discord destination. Each provider operates under its own policies. Our application’s aggregate metrics do not mean that these providers never process identifying information.
Sportsbook, DFS and referral links open external services. Their tracking, accounts, eligibility checks and privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Personal referral links may reward PropGoat’s owner.

Retention
Account settings remain available for service operation unless cleared or removed following a verified request. Placed-selection history currently retains up to seven days or the latest 500 records. Aggregate application health history is bounded to seven days. Successfully processed membership-alert records become eligible for cleanup after 90 days; unresolved records may remain longer for investigation. Support correspondence, security records, backups and records needed to meet applicable obligations may be retained longer. Browser copies can remain on your device until cleared.
Your choices and requests
You can change board preferences, clear browser storage, sign out, and manage membership in Whop. To request access, correction or deletion of information held by PropGoat, email admin@propgoat.net. We may need to verify that the request relates to your account. Some records may need to be retained for security, accounting or applicable obligations. Records held independently by Whop or other providers require a request to that provider. A deletion request does not by itself cancel a paid subscription; manage cancellation in Whop.
