These terms describe access to the PropGoat website, Odds Edge, Parlay Builder and DFS Edge. Review them together with the offer shown at your Whop checkout and the Privacy Policy.
The service
PropGoat is an independent comparison and research service. It displays collected sportsbook prices, reference-derived estimates, draft sportsbook slips and DFS line comparisons. Whop provides membership payment processing and sign-in. PropGoat provides the product and its comparisons.
Parlay Builder’s combined odds and EV are baseline estimates assuming independent legs and standard multiplied payouts. They do not account for same-game correlation, sportsbook payout adjustments or parlay-specific fees. Confirm the actual selections, parlay mode, payout and rules at the sportsbook; PropGoat does not place bets.
Eligibility and accounts
Use PropGoat and linked platforms only where permitted and when you meet their applicable age and eligibility requirements. Use your own eligible Whop account and protect your session. A PropGoat membership does not establish eligibility to bet or use any third-party platform.
Membership, trials and cancellation
Your Whop checkout shows the applicable price, trial eligibility, discounts, taxes, billing frequency and first charge date. The standard PropGoat trial is seven days free with a payment method required, then $19.99 USD every 30 days plus applicable taxes unless cancelled before the trial ends. The standard paid plan renews at $19.99 USD every 30 days plus applicable taxes unless cancelled before the next billing date. A different offer shown at your checkout governs that purchase.
Manage or cancel your subscription through your PropGoat purchase on Whop before the next charge. Follow Whop’s cancellation confirmation for the date your access ends. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund a payment already made. Deleting your PropGoat settings or closing a browser tab does not cancel a subscription.
Complimentary seven-day beta passes do not require payment and do not convert to a paid subscription. Their duration begins when you join, as stated in the invitation.
Refund policy
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable, including trial conversions, renewals and unused time. Forgetting to cancel before a disclosed charge or losing a bet does not, by itself, qualify for a refund.
PropGoat reviews duplicate charges, payment errors, failure to provide purchased access and significant service outages individually. We will provide an appropriate refund or credit when warranted. Request a review through your PropGoat purchase on Whop and include the charge date and a short description of the issue. Whop processes payments; PropGoat remains responsible for reviewing service-related requests.
This policy does not limit rights required by applicable law or rights under Whop’s terms and payment-provider rules. It applies to new purchases made after publication on October 23, 2026. Existing purchases retain the conditions accepted at checkout; this update does not retroactively reduce those rights.

Data and estimates
Prices reflect the displayed collection time and can change or become unavailable. Coverage can be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Positive EV is a model estimate, not a promise of profit or a win probability. A DFS line gap is a comparison with peers, not payout-adjusted EV. Kelly stake figures depend on your inputs and estimated probabilities. They do not establish that a wager is suitable for you. Betting can result in losses.
Links and bet placement
PropGoat does not place wagers, accept stakes or hold betting funds. A supported link may open a selection or slip, or only the destination site. Review the player, market, side, line, odds, stake and eligibility on that platform before taking action. Marking a selection as placed only records a board preference; it does not place a bet. Choose your own routing location; platforms perform their own physical-location and eligibility checks.
Appropriate use and availability
Do not attempt to bypass membership checks, access another user’s data, compromise the service or disrupt its operation. Access may be interrupted by maintenance, upstream data failures, membership verification or provider restrictions. We do not promise uninterrupted service, complete market coverage or particular financial results.
Referral links and brands
The book sign-up page contains personal referral links that may reward PropGoat’s owner. Offers are governed by the destination provider’s current terms. Third-party names and logos identify the relevant services; they do not make PropGoat an official representative of those brands.
